She Speaks Soon

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you NOT to be? You are a child of God. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence liberates others. - Marianne Williamson

Encouraging words as I mentally, spiritually, and logistically prepare myself to attend my first writer's conference, She Speaks, this weekend. My posting will remain sparse until next week. I look forward to sharing my experience with you. Safety Saturdays will resume in a couple weeks.

Blessings,

We must meet this weekend! Can't wait.

With this being my first conference too...did you get business cards with your blog info on it? Email me if you need more info for it but maybe you already did. A great way to give out your contact info and not have to write it all out! :)

Aloha,

I blog-met you before but somehow lost touch. Today, Shannon from Rocks in my dryer posted an e-mail link that her son sent her and so I pulled out a post related to it (I didn't wat to say what the link is because it'll ruin it for you in case you want to check it out).

Anyway, I saw your comment in that old post and came back here. Funny, I first blog-met you when we both joined the contest for free pass to She Speaks. I come back few months after and you're at She Speak! I'm sad I was not able to go but maybe next time.

I added you to my blogroll so I won't lose you now :) I will come back and review your cyber safety tips that I missed. I have a 9 yr old daughter and a 10 yr old son both savy on computers. I want to keep them safe. thanks for blogging about it.
